Designed based on MIL-C-26482 military standard for stable signal transmission in vacuum systems. Due to its relatively large size, the minimum compatible flange is CF40; larger flanges are recommended for multiple units. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions available. Features 1.0 mm gold-plated NiFe alloy pins with glass-ceramic sealing. Rated at 500 VDC max, 5 A per pin. Operates from -40°C to 180°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Optional vacuum-side connectors/pins, vacuum cable, and air-side connectors available.
