Designed based on MIL-C-26482 military standard for stable signal transmission in vacuum systems. Due to the relatively large size of CTS55, the minimum compatible flange is CF50, larger flanges are recommended for multiple units. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions available. Features 1.0 mm gold-plated NiFe alloy pins with glass-ceramic sealing. Rated at 500 VDC max, 5 A per pin. Operates from -40°C to 160°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Optional vacuum-side connectors/pins, vacuum cable, and air-side connectors available.
