Designed for compact signal transmission in vacuum systems. Features 0.7 mm gold-plated NiFe pins and glass-ceramic sealing. Rated at 500 VDC max and 1.5 A per pin, it operates from -40°C to 180°C under UHV conditions (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). The housing matches the standard Sub-D09 footprint. Flange compatibility: up to 1 unit on CF40, up to 4 units on CF63 (more on larger flanges). Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions are available. Optional dual-end connectors and vacuum cables.
