Designed for high-current signal transmission in vacuum systems. Features 5 high-power pins (3.6 mm) with gold-plated NiFe contacts and glass-ceramic sealing. Rated at 500 VDC max and 20 A per pin. Operates from -40°C to 180°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Housing matches the standard Sub-D25 footprint. Minimum compatible flange: CF63; up to 5 units on CF100, with more possible on larger flanges. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions are available. Optional dual-end connectors and vacuum cables.
