Operates from -40°C to 180°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Housing matches the standard Sub-D25 footprint. Minimum compatible flange: CF63; up to 5 units on CF100, with more possible on larger flanges. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions are available. Optional dual-end connectors and vacuum cables.
