Designed to transmit cryogenic fluid media such as cryogenic gases and liquid nitrogen, these feedthroughs feature Swagelok fittings with a standard tube size of 1/4". The flange tubing and Swagelok fittings are constructed from 316 stainless steel, supporting a temperature range of -200°C to 450°C with an ultimate vacuum of <1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar. A variety of mounting flange and tube count combinations are available, and custom flange dimensions, tube diameters, and lengths can be provided upon request. Standard baseplate feedthroughs for single tubes are also offered. Optional vacuum-side accessories are available.
