The MOS (M16) series feedthrough is more compact than the CM type. Available in 3/4/5/6/7/8/12/14/19-pin configurations, all sharing the same external dimensions. Fits 1 unit on a CF16 flange and up to 7 units on a CF63 flange. Larger flanges support more units. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions are available. Features 1.5 mm Kovar alloy pins with glass-ceramic sealing. Rated at 500 VDC max, 5 A per pin. Operates from -40°C to 180°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Optional vacuum-side connector/pin/housing, vacuum cable, and air-side connector are available.
