Body made of stainless steel and ceramic; electrode material selectable as copper or nickel. Rated at 700 VDC max. Max current: 23 A per pin (copper electrode), 15 A per pin (nickel electrode). Operating temperature: -200°C to 450°C; ultimate vacuum <1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar. Includes an air-side connector; optional vacuum-side connectors and vacuum cables available. Custom flange and pin-count combinations supported.
