SHV series coaxial feedthroughs feature grounded shielding with non-fixed impedance matching, enabling safer high-voltage connections on the air side. Rated voltage: 5 kV. Available in SHV single-ended, SHVD double-ended, or SHVE single-ended with exposed ceramic section configurations. Conductor diameter: 2.4 mm. Rated at 5 A max. Operates from -200°C to 450°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). CF16 flanges support 1 unit; CF40 flanges accommodate up to 4 single-ended units. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions available. Optional vacuum-side and air-side connectors and cables available.
