Available in standard SHV20 single-ended or SHVE20 single-ended with exposed ceramic section configurations. Constructed with stainless steel, nickel, and ceramic materials. Conductor diameter: 2.4 mm. Rated at 20 kV max, 15 A. Operates from -100°C to 300°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). CF16 flanges support 1 unit; CF40 flanges accommodate 2 units. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions available. Optional vacuum-side and air-side connectors and cables available.
