Safer high-voltage connection on the air side with a rated voltage of 10 kV. Features grounded shielding with non-fixed impedance matching. Available in standard SHV10 single-ended or SHVE10 single-ended with exposed ceramic section configurations. Constructed with stainless steel, nickel, and ceramic materials. Conductor diameter: 1.3 mm. Rated at 10 kV max, 5 A. Operates from -100°C to 300°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). CF16 flanges support 1 unit; CF40 flanges accommodate up to 4 units. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions available. Optional vacuum-side and air-side connectors and cables available.
