Operates from -200°C to 300°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). CF16 flanges support 1 unit; CF40 flanges accommodate up to 3 units. Custom flange and feedthrough configurations and weldable versions are available. Optional vacuum-side and air-side connectors and cables are also available.
