Features threaded connection on the air side, available with grounded shielding (ND50) or floating shielding (NDF50). Standard N-type vacuum-side interface. Rated at 3 kV max, 5 A. Operates from -200°C to 300°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Minimum compatible standard flange is CF25; a CF63 flange can accommodate 2 feedthroughs. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions available. Optional vacuum-side and air-side connectors and cables available.
