Low-Power Vacuum Feedthrough – 0.8 mm / 1.3 mm Electrode
Overview::

Low-power feedthroughs are available with 1, 2, 4, or 8 pins (customizable). The body is made of stainless steel and ceramic, with electrodes available in molybdenum, stainless steel, nickel, copper, copper alloys, or other materials, in diameters of 0.8 mm or 1.3 mm. A molybdenum electrode (0.8 mm) supports up to 500 VDC and 8 A, while a opper electrode (1.3 mm) supports up to 2000 VDC and 25 A. Its compact design makes it suited for space-constrained applications. The minimum compatible flange is CF16. Custom combinations of flanges, feedthroughs, and electrode materials are available upon request; weldable versions are also offered. Operating temperature ranges from -200°C to 450°C, with an ultimate vacuum <1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar. Optional connectors and cables can be provided for both ends.
