Due to its larger size, minimum compatible flange is CF63; larger flanges required for multiple feedthroughs. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions available. Features gold-plated NiFe alloy pins with glass-ceramic sealing. Rated at 500 VDC max, 23 A per pin. Operates from -40°C to 180°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Optional vacuum-side connector/cable and air-side connector available.
