Compact feedthrough based on DIN connector dimensions. Due to its small size, the minimum compatible flange is CF16 (1 unit), with up to 7 units on a CF63 flange. Custom flange and feedthrough configurations available. Features 1.5 mm Kovar alloy pins with glass-ceramic sealing, compliant with IEC60130-9. Rated at 500 VDC max, 5 A per pin. Operates from -200°C to 220°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Optional vacuum-side connector/pin/housing, vacuum cable, and air-side connector available.
