Compact feedthrough based on DIN connector dimensions, with all pin count variants sharing the same outer dimensions. Fits 1 unit on a CF16 flange and up to 7 units on a CF63 flange. Larger flanges support more units. Custom flange and feedthrough configurations and weldable versions available. Features 1.0 mm Kovar alloy pins with glass-ceramic sealing, compliant with IEC60130-9. Rated at 500 VDC max, 3 A per pin. Operates from -200°C to 220°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Optional vacuum-side connector/pin/housing, vacuum cable, and air-side connector (straight or right-angle type).
