Designed for UHV signal transmission. Ultra-compact design with 9 signal channels in a C-shaped electrode arrangement. Features 1.0 mm gold-plated NiFe pins with glass-ceramic sealing. Operates from -40°C to 180°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Flange options: 1 unit on CF16, 2 on CF40, more on larger flanges. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations supported. Optional connector pins, vacuum/air-side connectors, and vacuum cables available.
