Compact design for high-current signal transmission in UHV environments. Features 4 channels with 1.6 mm gold-plated NiFe pins and glass-ceramic sealing. Rated at 500 VDC max and 10 A per pin. Operates from -40°C to 180°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Dimensions identical to the 9C feedthrough. Flange options: 1 unit on CF16, 2 on CF40, more on larger flanges. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations supported. Optional connector pins, vacuum/air-side connectors, and matching cables available.

Ultra-high vacuum (UHV) compatible.

Ultra-compact feedthrough based on the 9C design, with identical dimensions. Transmits 4 channels of high-current signals.

1 unit can be welded to a CF16 flange, and 2 units to a CF40 flange.

Multiple feedthroughs can be welded to larger flanges.

Optional connectors and cables for both ends are available.

Flange-feedthrough combinations can be customized upon request.
