Operates from -40°C to 180°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Minimum compatible flange: CF16; up to 7 units on CF40, more on larger flanges. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions available. Optional dual-end connectors and vacuum cables.
