Operates from -40°C to 180°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Minimum compatible flange: CF16; up to 8 units on CF63, more on larger flanges. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions available. Optional connectors and vacuum cables for both ends.
