Compatible with ultra-high vacuum (UHV) conditions of <1×10⁻⁹ mbar. Constructed with a 316L stainless steel housing and glass-ceramic hermetic sealing, all made of non-magnetic materials. Rated voltage of 30 VDC, rated current of 1.5 A per pin, and an operating temperature range of -20°C to 150°C. Both the vacuum side and air side connectors are female types. A CF25 flange is recommended for single USB2.0, and a CF63 flange for dual USB2.0.
