Applications

For transmitting high-frequency signals between the air side and the vacuum chamber.

 Note: 

1. Available in single-ended, double-ended, and double-ended floating shield versions.

2. Higher-frequency SMA feedthroughs are available: SMAD18G (18 GHz), SMAD27G (27 GHz), SMAD40G (40 GHz), and SMAD65G (65 GHz).

3. Matching connectors for the air side and vacuum side are available upon request.

4. Standard or custom flanges can be used, with hybrid feedthroughs arranged on a single flange as needed.
