Scenarios requiring specific or special flange configurations.

 Note: 

1. Also available in 8-pin, 12-pin, and 19-pin configurations. The 8-pin version has larger pin diameters, supporting a higher current rating of 5 A per pin. Additional pin-count solutions (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 14 pins, etc.) can be customized upon request.

2. Matching connectors for the air side and vacuum side are available upon request.

3. Standard or custom flanges can be used, with hybrid feedthroughs arranged on a single flange as needed.
