Applications

Scenarios requiring specific or special flange configurations.

Note:

1. Also available for MOS type in 12-pin and 19-pin configurations, with a lower current rating of 3 A per pin. Additional pin-count solutions (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 14 pins, etc.) can be customized upon request.

2. Matching connectors for the air side and vacuum side are available upon request.

3. Standard or custom flanges can be used, with hybrid feedthroughs arranged on a single flange as needed.
